江戸時代の日本は鎖国していましたが、1858年にアメリカ・イギリス・オランダ・フランス・ロシアの五ヶ国と通商条約を結び、神戸・横浜・函館・長崎・新潟を外国との貿易港と定めました。それぞれの港には外国人向けの居住地が設けられました。神戸の北野もそのひとつです。

日本在江户时代一直从国外隐居，但与美国，英国，荷兰，法国和俄罗斯5个国家在1858年签署了通商条约，并建立了国际贸易港口，新泻和长崎，函馆，横滨神户。
并在每个城市，外国人居住区提供了神户北野是其中之一。
In Kobe Kitano is still a lot of Western architecture which was built about 100 years ago.
Japan during the Edo period had been seclusion from foreign country,but signed a treaty of commerce with five countries of the U.S., the UK, Netherlands, France and Russia in 1858,and established the international trading ports in Niigata and Nagasaki, Hakodate,Yokohama,Kobe.
And in each city, the residence area for foreigners had been provided. Kobe Kitano is one of them.
現在でも神戸は日本有数の国際貿易港です。
北野は神戸港を見下ろす丘に位置し、かつては日本に住む外国人の邸宅だった西洋建築が数多く残っています。19世紀後半に建築されたこれらの邸宅は「異人館」と呼ばれ、人気の観光スポットとなっています。
この写真の建物はドイツ人の邸宅で、外壁が魚の鱗のように見えることから、「うろこの家」と呼ばれています。内部を見学することもでき、二階の窓からは神戸の街並みや瀬戸内海を眺めることができます。
三宮駅から北野までは徒歩約20分。
神户是日本最大的国际贸易港口今日之一。
北野仍然是一个位于山上俯瞰神户港的西方建筑，曾经是居住在日本的外国人居留。

到北野从三宫站步行约20分钟。
Kobe is one of the largest international trade port in Japan today.
Kitano is still a number of western architecture located on the hill overlooking the Port of Kobe, was once the residence of foreigners living in Japan.
These house was built in the late 19th century,called "Ijinkan" ,has become a popular tourist attraction.
Building of this photo is a German's house,known as the"Fish scales house",that outer walls look like fish scales. You can also visit the inside, from the window of the second floor you can admire the Seto Inland Sea and the city of Kobe.
To Kitano takes about 20 minutes on foot from Sannomiya Station .
